Zack Parnell currently serves as EVP of Strategy at Interplay Learning since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within various organizations. As a Board Member and Advisor at Immerse since May 2019, and Co-Founder & Board Member at CREWTEK from August 2022 to September 2024, Zack has demonstrated a commitment to career development and job readiness initiatives. Prior to these roles, Zack was President & CEO of Industrial Training International for 15 years, where responsibilities included Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development. Zack also co-founded DeepCanopy, serving as a Board Member from November 2017 to December 2020. Zack holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, completed a Leadership Bootcamp at Jack Welch Management Institute, and earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University. Additionally, Zack has completed specialized training in rigging engineering and lift planning.
