Shahzaib Khan has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder & Lead Technologist at Interns Pakistan, a company they founded in 2018. Interns Pakistan provides learning paths, challenges, and sprints designed by industry experts to help individuals and businesses improve their skills and develop reliable and secure products. Shahzaib has built a community of over 65k developers and has implemented innovative career programs to support their career growth.

Before Interns Pakistan, Shahzaib co-founded CreativeBrains in 2010, where they served as the Co-Founder & Technical Director. CreativeBrains is an IT firm focused on bringing product concepts to life, with a primary focus on creating valuable products and services for global customers in the mobile and web domain.

Shahzaib also worked as the Technology Lead at Printlink, a security printing company, from December 2010. Here, they were responsible for developing and implementing the entire security system, which now seamlessly works with over 20 national banks in Pakistan to ensure the safety and security of every cheque printed. Shahzaib led the development team, integrated new technologies, ensured compliance with security standards, conducted security audits, and managed the IT infrastructure of the organization.

In January 2011, Shahzaib co-founded IDENTIFI and served as the Co-Founder & President, Technology. IDENTIFI aimed to empower companies with talent management decisions by harnessing talent data sets. However, their tenure at IDENTIFI ended in February 2014.

Shahzaib's experience also includes serving as the Co-Founder & President, Technology at Proto.Garage from November 2011 to July 2012, where they led a team specializing in rapid prototyping. In addition, they co-founded txtanium, a mobile communication platform, from April 2010 to March 2011.

Shahzaib Khan completed their MSc in Applied Computing from the University of Malaya from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Certification in Strategic Design Thinking from the National University of Singapore in 2014. Shahzaib also earned a Certification in R Programming from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the same year. Additionally, Shahzaib received a Certification in Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Shahzaib holds a B.E degree in Computer & Information System Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, completed before 2009. Shahzaib also completed their GCSE in O-Levels from The City School in 2003.
