Johannes Broucek has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Personalleiter at Internorm since September 2005. Prior to this role, Johannes held the position of Personalleiter from 1998 to 2005 at hali.at, and worked as Personalreferent at Allgemeine Sparkasse Oberösterreich Bank AG from 1990 to 1997. Earlier in their career, Johannes was an Organisationsmanager at Quelle GmbH between 1986 and 1990. Academic credentials include a Magister degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, obtained from 1981 to 1986.
