Charles Mok is a Trustee at Internet Society. Charles was previously the Chair of Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO), ICANN from January 2011 to December 2012. Charles was also a Director of Cloud Valley Networks (Hong Kong) Limited from January 2011 to March 2012 and Smoothweb Limited from January 2009 to December 2012. From October 2012 to November 2020, they were a Former Member of Legislative Council representing the Information Technology Functional Constituency.

Charles Mok received their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and their Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
