Suzane Muhereza is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), currently serving as the Senior Manager for MEL at the Internet Society Foundation since October 2020, where responsibilities include developing an organization-wide MEL system to enhance adaptive management and strategy refinement. Previously, Suzane held various roles at the International Republican Institute, including Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for East and Southern Africa and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer for Uganda and the Great Lakes. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Pollicy as Board Chair, and contributions to civil society engagement at the Open Government Partnership. An early career included research roles at Oxfam and the Overseas Development Institute. Suzane earned a Master of Science in African and International Development from The University of Edinburgh and holds a BA/Honours in Political Science and International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand.
