Laith K. Al-Yacoub is a Water and Environment Consultant at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) since January 2021, where collaboration with ministries and donor development agencies, including USAID and the World Bank, focuses on impactful research for development projects. Previously, Laith served as Digital Marketing & Dealflow Manager at Isle Utilities, where responsibilities included increasing online visibility and managing customer relationships, and as a Business Development Intern at Vivere Gmbh, optimizing e-commerce operations and implementing sustainable practices. Laith also gained experience as a Global Marketing & Sales Intern at Uniper and as an Engineering Consultant at Arcadis, managing design projects on an international scale. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from ESMT Berlin, a Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University.
