Lena Holzer is a seasoned travel specialist with extensive experience in the travel industry. Since September 2015, Lena has been employed at International Travel Network, where responsibilities include consulting on tours, travel logistics, and accommodations, as well as managing client relations and booking processes. Prior to this role, Lena served as the International Customer Service Team-Leader at Vital Europe, overseeing a team focused on enhancing customer service for over 300 international clients, and previously worked as a Medical Travel Agent providing advice on medical tourism. Lena holds a Master of Business Administration in Service Leadership and Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality and Service Management, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
