Dr. Laura Canevari serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ITACA SOLUTIONS, focusing on climate adaptation financing in the Caribbean. In addition to this role, Dr. Canevari works as an Independent Consultant for the International Trade Centre and serves as a Strategic Advisor for The Blue Standard, among other mentoring roles in the blue economy and climate sectors. Previous experience includes consulting as an Independent Climate Risk Consultant with Willis Towers Watson and a Business Development Associate at Acclimatise Group Ltd, where significant work involved climate change risks and adaptation strategies for financial institutions. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Geography with a focus on climate change adaptation from King's College London and a Master of Science in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford.
