Olivier Testoni currently serves as an HR Project Manager and Executive Officer at the International Telecommunication Union since January 2008. Prior to this role, Olivier worked as a Project Controller at the European Space Agency from May 2002 to January 2008 and held the position of Analyst Corporate Venture at Thales from April 2000 to December 2001. Olivier Testoni holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and another Master's degree in Engineering Physics from Université d'Évry, completed between 1994 and 1999.
