Louis Khoo Kok Hong is a seasoned professional in network management and security, currently serving as the Functional Head and Lead for Global ITSS Network & Security at International SOS since September 2023. Previously, Louis held the position of Lead Enterprise Solution Specialist at Maxis, where responsibilities included project delivery for various enterprise services. Prior experiences include roles as a Network Specialist at Singtel, where Louis managed MPLS networks, and as a Network Team Lead at StarHub, overseeing high-priority incidents and team performance. Louis began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Maxis after earning a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer System & Networking from Universiti Malaysia Pahang in 2015.
