Natasha Wynne has extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and educational roles. Currently serving as a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist at the International Schools Group since May 2019, Natasha previously worked as an ESL Instructor at Berlitz Languages School from April 2015 to May 2019. Earlier career roles include Organizational Development Specialist and Human Resources Officer/ESL at the City of uMhlathuze from September 2006 to August 2012. Natasha has a solid educational background, with degrees including a Recruitment Principles qualification from the British Institute of Recruiters (2020-2021), an Associate's Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Cambridge (2014-2015), a Postgraduate Degree in Educational Directed Training and Development Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2011-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Zululand (2003-2007). Additionally, Natasha completed high school studies in Business Administration and Management at Mariannridge Secondary.
