Crystal Lewis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Controller at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. since May 2013, Crystal also operates LifePrep, a venture focused on preparing young adults for real-world challenges. Previous roles include finance management positions at Prime Therapeutics and The CMI Group, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership. Crystal has also contributed as a speaker, trainer, and coach to various initiatives aimed at improving individual and team performance. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from MacMurray College.
