Tracy Wolstencroft is a Senior Advisor at TPG Rise Climate, where they draw on extensive experience in global financial markets and organizational leadership to address climate change challenges. Formerly a partner at Goldman Sachs, Tracy led diverse operations and client relations across multiple regions until 2010. These leadership roles also include serving as chairman, president, and CEO of Heidrick & Struggles, and as president and CEO of the National Geographic Society, where they facilitated a pivotal partnership with Disney. Additionally, Tracy holds advisory board positions with notable organizations including the Center on Global Energy Policy and Carbon Direct, and is chair emeritus of the International Rescue Committee. Tracy graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Bowdoin College.
