Spogmai Sadat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in refugee resettlement and support services. Currently serving as the R&P Training Program Manager for new sites and staff at the International Rescue Committee since March 2018, Spogmai provides specialized training and supports logistical planning for national conferences and workshops. Previous roles include Casework Supervisor, overseeing staff providing direct client services, and Casework Coordinator, delivering trauma-informed services to refugees. Earlier positions involved cultural orientation training and interpretation across multiple languages. Additionally, Spogmai has been an interpreter for Ad Astra, Inc., facilitating communication in various important settings. Spogmai holds a Certified Associate Project Management Professional certification from Montgomery College and an English Language Certificate from Lado International Institute.
