Samir Souidi, MS, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and architecture across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Analytics, Architecture and Engineering at the International Rescue Committee since July 2021, Samir focuses on building high-performing teams, developing enterprise data solutions, and ensuring data governance while overseeing platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. Previously, Samir excelled as a Data Architect, creating a Databricks Data Lakehouse, and held positions at the Population Council as Global Enterprise Systems/Software Architect, enhancing research and operational efficiency with large-scale systems in the Azure Cloud. Earlier roles include managing IT departments and developing software solutions at John V. Lindsay Wildcat Academy Charter School and serving as IT Consultant for The Partnership for the Homeless. Samir holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University, among other degrees.
