Mohammad Allouh CIPS is an experienced professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Operations & FSP for the Global Surge Team at the International Rescue Committee since March 2019, with previous roles as Supply Chain Coordinator and Acting Deputy Director Operations. Prior to this, Mohammad held the position of Supply Chain and Procurement Manager at Al Najwa and served as Head of Contracting and Procurement at Shell/Jordan Oil Shale Company B.V., providing critical expertise and strategic reports for decision-making.
