Kim Pompey serves as the Associate Director of Employee Engagement & Workplace Giving at the International Rescue Committee since July 2021. Earlier experience includes significant roles at United Way of New York City, where contributions spanned from AVP of Major Gifts and Individual Giving to Senior Director and Director of Corporate Engagement. Additional expertise encompasses strategic roles in integrated marketing and donor engagement, as well as client development at The NPD Group. Kim's background also features leadership positions at Avery Products Corporation and Avery Dennison, focusing on marketing and sales strategies across diverse global markets. Prior experience includes retail marketing at Disney Consumer Products and various marketing and sales roles at Unilever - Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company. Kim holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University, a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cornell University.
