Tania Cohen

Tania Cohen is a Development Manager at the International Refugee Assistance Project since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing projects and fundraising initiatives to support legal services and global advocacy for refugees. Previous roles at IRAP include Senior Development Coordinator and Development Coordinator, focusing on daily fundraising operations and compliance for a $16.5 million budget. Tania has contributed to refugee integration efforts as a Project Coordinator at Hilfe von Mensch zu Mensch e.V, coordinated programs at Turning Tables Munich, and gained valuable experience as a Fellow with the Congress-Bundestag Young Professionals Exchange. Early career positions included internships at Caritas München and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, as well as roles in research and development with the American Society of International Law and Common Sense Action. Tania holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with minors in European History and Italian from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration at the University of London.
