LaToya Williams Harris serves as Chief Counsel for Global Supply Chain and Global Sourcing at International Paper since November 2009, providing legal and business support to North American Container box plants and handling various real estate and sourcing contracts. Previously, LaToya was a Senior Counsel specializing in real estate transactions at International Paper. Prior experience includes roles as Real Estate and Commercial Transactions Attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims, Stites & Harbison, and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, focusing on complex commercial, real estate finance, and corporate transactions. LaToya holds a JD from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BBA in Business Administration from The University of Memphis.
