Xavier Hennekinne is an experienced professional in change management and business transformation, currently serving as Change Management Lead at IOM - UN Migration since September 2021. As a versatile author and co-founder of Gazebo Books, both roles have been held since December 2016. Prior to this, Xavier provided management consulting services to intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations until September 2021. Notable earlier positions include leadership roles at Mandala Foundation as President and Board Member, and at ChildFund Australia as Director of People and Organisational Development. Xavier also held senior advisory roles at IOM from 2007 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institut de Management International de Paris.
