Lily Waldock

IOM Accountability To Affected People Consultant at IOM - UN Migration

Lily Waldock is an experienced professional currently serving as an IOM Accountability to Affected People Consultant with the International Organisation for Migration since May 2024. In this role, Lily provides expert support on accountability, working collaboratively with multiple departments, including Prevention from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, Gender-Based Violence, and Ethics and Compliance, to develop guidance on complaints and feedback management. Previously, Lily held the position of Program Manager at the Public International Law & Policy Group from May 2022 to August 2024, and served as Program Support Officer at IOM from September 2019 to May 2022. Lily holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Sussex (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Kingston University (2012-2015).
