Francisco Roch is a Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund, with experience in the Systemic Issues Division and previous roles as Country-desk Economist for Colombia and Peru. In academia, Francisco has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Maryland and George Washington University, focusing on advanced Economics courses. Prior positions include Deputy Manager of Monetary Research at CEMLA and various Economist roles at the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Francisco holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, along with a Bachelor's and executive programs from Universidad del CEMA.
