David Amaglobeli is a Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund, a position held since November 2009. Prior to this role, David served as both Acting President and Vice President at the National Bank of Georgia from March 2005 to March 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Economics from Oregon State University, earned between 1999 and 2001, and a Diploma in Economics from Tbilisi State University, completed from 1993 to 1998.
