Agnes Idam, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving at the International Monetary Fund as the lead for Total Rewards and HR Operations since April 2023. Prior to this role, Agnes worked as a Benefits Administrator III at FSA, where responsibilities included administering various benefits and wellness programs, assisting with payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with health and 401(k) plan requirements. Previous positions include significant roles at Chemonics International as a senior associate and associate in Benefits, as well as various HR-related positions at organizations such as BAE Systems and the Embassy of Canada. Agnes holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Calabar.
