Elena West is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and marketing. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since September 2022, Elena is dedicated to promoting women's advancement in leadership roles. As a Board Member of the International Metal Decorating & Packaging Association since September 2020 and CEO of The Ohio Art Company since February 2015, Elena demonstrates a strong commitment to organizational growth and innovation. Previously, Elena held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing at Robert Half International from November 1999 to January 2015 and served as Director of Marketing at The Ohio Art Company from 1997 to 1999. Elena holds a B.A. in English from Kenyon College and attended The Ohio State University.
