Paul Otieno is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) with a robust background in public health management. Currently serving as a MEAL Specialist at International Medical Corps since April 2024, Paul previously held the position of Head of Department for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning at Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA from December 2017 to April 2024. Paul has also worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at both the International Rescue Committee and Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA, and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Pathfinder International. With a Master of Public Health from Moi University, additional qualifications from Harvard School of Public Health, and a Bachelorās degree from Maseno University, Paul brings extensive expertise in developing M&E frameworks, ensuring data quality, and implementing effective program monitoring activities across various health and social sectors.
