Currently working at International Maritime Industries as the MRO P&E Division Head and Senior Proposal Engineer in a Saudi Aramco Joint Venture, Gollapalli has a track record of managing proposals from start to finish, negotiating contracts, and increasing sales pipelines. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Gollapalli has also worked at Lamprell, Swiss International Engineering & Marine Co, Gulf Engineering Industry, and Lloyds Steels Industries Ltd.
