Amod Karve is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as an Executive Member at the International LEAP Network since August 2023 and as an Engineering Manager at Clear Street since May 2022. At Clear Street, Amod oversees three cross-functional teams of over 25 engineers, driving the company's engineering culture, processes, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Amod worked at Google for 17 years in various leadership roles, including Tech Lead Manager for Cloud SQL Databases Frontend and DFP Marketplace, where contributions included enhancing team collaboration and delivering key projects such as the AlloyDB frontend. Amod began a career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer, focusing on systems for retail. Amod holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from SGSITS.
