Rae Lee currently serves as the Executive Director for Singapore and Southeast Asia at International Justice Mission, a position held since April 2024. In addition, Rae is a Board Member at KidSTART Singapore and a Committee Member for the Young Women’s Christian Organisation (YWCA) Community Services & Programmes since May 2024. Rae's extensive experience at the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Director of Philanthropic Partnership & Engagement, Director of Strategy, Business Development & Communications, and Deputy Director of Advocacy & Research. Rae was also an Advisory Board Member for Singapore Silent Heroes from April 2017 to October 2023 and served on the Advisory Committee for the National Youth Council Singapore until January 2023. Rae's earlier career includes a position as Deputy Director at NCSS focusing on Service Planning & Development and a period as a stay-at-home mum from 2013 to March 2015. Rae holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honors) in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
