Natalie VanHoever's work experience includes serving as Regional Lead for Social Media at International Justice Mission since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Frankie & Jo's, starting as an Ice Cream Scooper in 2016 and progressing to roles such as Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Senior Brand Marketing Manager. At Frankie & Jo's, they were responsible for growing their social media presence, increasing their Instagram following, and managing daily Instagram stories. Natalie also worked as a Juicer at Juicebox Cafe from October 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, Natalie has experience as a Sales Associate at Warby Parker, a Campus Ministries Intern at Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a Public Relations Intern at Frontline Association Management.

Natalie VanHoever completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Palm Beach Atlantic University from 2012 to 2016. Later, they obtained a Certificate of Strategic Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2019 to 2020.
