Trang Nguyen Thi Thuy is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Technical Leader at IFF since July 2023, where leadership is provided for the Vietnam design team. Previously, Trang held the position of Technical Team Lead at Symrise AG since January 2016, overseeing the Savory Application Team in Vietnam and contributing significantly to seasoning development and flavor application as a Senior Application Technologist. Experience also includes a role as Senior Application Specialist at Nestlé from 2013 to 2016, focusing on AG product development across dairy, beverage, and culinary categories. Trang's career began as a Research and Development Specialist at VINAMILK from 2011 to 2013, specializing in dairy products and plant-based drinks. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology.
