Kaitlin Cassar currently serves as an Account Executive at IFF since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kaitlin held various positions at Bath & Body Works from June 2017 to May 2023, including Product Fragrance Developer, Associate Product Developer, and Product Development Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a Sales Associate position at Michael Kors, as well as internships and roles such as Sales Assistant and Collection Handbags and Footwear Intern at Michael Kors. Kaitlin also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for business and economics courses at the State University of New York College at Cortland, where Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics in 2017.
