Hannah Szpaicher is an experienced microbiologist and process development scientist with a strong background in quality control and enzymatic hydrolysis. Currently serving as Microbiologist III at IFF since June 2023, Hannah has previously held multiple roles at Sweetwater Energy, including Senior Process Development Scientist, where responsibilities included optimizing and scaling up processes for converting biomass to cellulosic sugars. Additionally, Hannah has experience as a Wardrobe Assistant with the Rochester Broadway Theatre League since June 2016 and has held various positions at Sweetwater Energy focusing on process improvement in lignocellulosic biomass processing. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Bioscience and Biotechnology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
