Jody Doulis is a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst at International Financial Data Services Canada (IFDS) since June 2015, bringing extensive experience in knowledge management and quality assurance. Previously, Jody worked as a Testing & Documentation Analyst at CaseWare International Inc. from June 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included developing and executing test suites. Prior experience also includes a role as a Communications Assistant at the National Institute for the Care of the Elderly, focusing on research and documentation for financial services for the elderly, and serving as a Senior Document Analyst at Northbridge Financial Corporation, where Jody designed corporate internet and intranet sites and conducted usability testing. Jody holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Library and Information Science with a focus on Records and Archive Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in English and History from the same institution.
