Ashley D'Cruz-Don Paul, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Client Account Manager at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) since August 2016. In this role, Ashley manages multiple high-profile fund companies, handling day-to-day requests, incidents, and large-scale projects while focusing on building client relationships and providing effective problem management. Prior positions at IFDS include acting as Client Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Coordinator, where Ashley addressed client needs, managed reporting, and supported system issues. Ashley started at IFDS as a Product Development Student and previously worked as a Business Process Development Summer Student. Ashley holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University. Additionally, Ashley is pursuing a Certificate of Proficiency in French from Ryerson University and has studied at Jönköping International Business School.
