James Blount is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and sales within the HVAC industry. Prior to IEC, James held various engineering management roles at Mokon and Roberts-Gordon, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing engineering standards, and supporting production and sales. James's career also includes significant positions at Zehnder Rittling, Alfa Laval, SPX Process Equipment, and Trane, demonstrating a strong foundation in product management and process engineering. A graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, James has a proven track record of enhancing product profitability and leading engineering initiatives.
