Ruth Damten Kombian is an experienced professional with a strong background in agricultural development and value chain management. Currently serving as the Market and Value Chain Coordinator at iDE since May 2020, Ruth collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance smallholder farmer food crop demand and market linkages. Prior roles include Market Systems and Value Chain Consultant at iDE, Operations and Customer Engagement Manager at WorldCover, Operations Manager at Ultimate Microfinance, and Project Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action. Ruth holds a Master of Science in Development Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies.
