Chea Phong is an experienced professional in sales and management, currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Agros since April 2023. Chea has held various significant roles at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since October 2015, including Province Public Private Partnership Manager for the WASH Project, as well as positions such as Sanitation Marketing Trainer and Regional Supply Chain Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Provincial Coordinator at Youth Council of Cambodia from October 2008 to September 2015, General Secretary at Non Government Advocacy Network from March 2007 to September 2008, and volunteer work at Rachana Satrie Organization from January 2006 to March 2007. Chea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Build Bright University (2008-2011) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution since August 2021.
