Krista van Weelden is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief of People and Culture and Chief of HR at the International Crisis Group, where responsibilities include providing direction and support for HR services to approximately 200 staff across over 30 countries. Prior to this, Krista held the position of Senior HR Officer, offering advisory support on various HR functions including training and recruitment.
