Emmanuel Gamard is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in managing online presence and strategic communications for various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer at the International Crisis Group since May 2022, Emmanuel is responsible for developing and executing online communication strategies, managing online channels, and enhancing the organization’s digital footprint. Prior to this role, Emmanuel worked as a Communications Officer at IMPACT Initiatives, focusing on web management, branding strategy, and communication campaigns. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communication Focal Point at UNODC, where responsibilities included program coordination and the creation of communication materials for regional projects. Emmanuel holds two master's degrees in International Relations and Affairs from the Higher School of Economics and the University of Kent, along with a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Kent.
