Josh Miller is a seasoned professional in transportation research and policy, currently serving as the Director of Modeling, Monitoring, and Evaluation as well as the Director of Program Services at The International Council on Clean Transportation since January 2012. Additionally, Josh has held various roles including Modeling Center Manager, Senior Researcher, and Research Fellow at the same organization. Prior to joining The International Council on Clean Transportation, Josh worked as the Director of the UC Davis Campus Travel Survey at the University of California Davis from September 2010 to May 2012. Josh holds a Master of Science in Transportation Technology and Policy from the University of California Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College.
