Mathias Posch has extensive experience in the conference and event management industry, currently serving as Chairman and Partner at ICS - International Conference Services Ltd. since March 2007. Posch has held multiple leadership roles within IAPCO, including President, Immediate Past President, and Chair of the Training Academy, from February 2010 to March 2024. Additionally, Posch served as a Council Representative for IAPCO on the Convention Industry Council from February 2010 to February 2019. Prior to these roles, Posch was the Head of Operations at Mondial Congress from 2003 to 2007.
