Preeti D'mello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, diversity, and education. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Tata Consultancy Services, Preeti leads a team focused on embedding diversity as a business imperative. Preeti also holds leadership positions as Chairperson of the International Coaching Federation Global Board for Coaching in Organizations and the Diversity & Inclusion Working Group on Gender Parity at FICCI. Previous roles include Vice President and Regional Head for South Asia at Pearson Education, founder and director at Foundation Stone Consulting, and various positions within leading organizations such as IDFC Limited and IL&FS Education. Preeti's academic background includes a PhD in Wisdom Studies and multiple degrees specializing in positive organizational development and English literature.
