Dr. Amal Alansari PhD is an accomplished professional in coaching and educational leadership with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation since August 2021 and holding multiple certifications including EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Dr. Alansari combines expertise in coaching with a strong academic background. As an Assistant Professor at Kuwait University since September 2012, Dr. Alansari obtained a PhD in Educational Leadership from Andrews University and holds both a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Education from Kuwait University.
