Jiri Kindl currently serves as a Non-Governmental Advisor to DG Competition at the International Competition Network since August 2024 and is a partner at Skils since January 2019. Kindl is actively involved with the International Chamber of Commerce as both a member and chairman of the ICC Commission for Competition in the Czech Republic. At Charles University, Kindl has contributed since 2009 as a lecturer in economic analysis of competition and Competition Law, while also participating in the Subject Area Board for Doctoral Studies. Kindl's professional background includes being a partner and various roles at Weil Gotshal and Manges, as well as serving on the Disciplinary Commission of the Czech Bar Association. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as an external member of the Appellate Commission at the Office for the Protection of Competition and as an external lecturer in EU Competition Law & Antitrust Economics at the University of Economics, Prague. Jiri Kindl holds a PhD and JUDr. in Law from Charles University, an M.Jur. from the University of Oxford, and an Mgr. from Charles University, complemented by international studies at the University of Limerick.
