Abbey Pellino Hawthorne currently serves as the Deputy Director of Arbitration & ADR for North America at the International Chamber of Commerce, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Abbey worked as a Law Clerk in Civil Litigation at Maynard Cronin Erickson & Curran, PLC, and gained experience as a Faculty Associate at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where instruction focused on writing and analysis skills for Master of Legal Studies students. Additional roles include a Law Clerk position at Fragomen, an Alternative Dispute Resolution Extern for the City of Phoenix, and a Police Legal Adviser Extern for the City of Tempe. Abbey’s early career involved community development work at the ASU Foundation for A New American University in various capacities. Educational qualifications include a JD in International Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies, along with dual majors in Sociology and a certificate in Religion & Conflict from Arizona State University.
