Saad ur Rehman Khan is an experienced project manager and legal expert with a strong background in migration policy development and international law. Currently serving at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since October 2020, Saad manages the Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) in Pakistan and oversees the Silk Routes project. Previously, from January 2017 to October 2020, Saad held the position of Project Officer for the Silk Routes Region, contributing significantly to the development of a Comprehensive Migration Policy for Afghanistan in collaboration with government bodies. Saad's earlier experience includes roles as Director of the International Law Training Centre at the Research Society of International Law and Lecturer of Islamic Law at the Institute of Legal Studies. Saad holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Commercial Law from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London.
