Nora Zaghdoudi is a Project Officer at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since December 2019, currently focusing on curriculum development for the Training Institute on Migration Capacity Partnership for the Mediterranean (MCP Med TI) and managing the Border Management Programme for the Maghreb region, ensuring compliance with EU and ICMPD standards while reporting to the donor. Prior to this role, from April 2015 to December 2019, Nora served as a Project Officer at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where responsibilities included developing implementation strategies for projects aimed at creating employment opportunities through diaspora mobilization and supporting the professional integration of higher education graduates. Nora holds a Master de recherche in Management et Stratégie from IHEC Carthage, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
