Caroline Ambiaux is an accomplished project manager currently serving at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since December 2020, overseeing the Budapest Process Secretariat. Prior to this role, Caroline was with ICMPD from December 2015 to November 2020 as a Project Officer and Junior Project Officer. Experience also includes working as a Planning Sector Assistant at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights for a brief period in 2015, and as a Business Development Assistant at Human Dynamics - Public Sector Consulting from March 2014 to July 2015. Early career involvement includes positions at Ennovent and the Swiss Embassy of Bucharest. Caroline holds an MSc in Labour, Social Movements and Development from SOAS University of London and a BA in Political and Social Sciences with International Relations from the University of Lausanne.
