The Operations and Management team at the International Center of Photography ensures the seamless functioning of institutional activities. The Human Resources Payroll Coordinator handles payroll processes and employee benefits administration. The Exhibitions Manager oversees the planning and execution of exhibitions. The Museum Operations Manager ensures the effective day-to-day operations of the museum, including maintenance, security, and visitor services. Together, they maintain the organizational infrastructure, enabling ICP to deliver its educational and cultural mission effectively.
